THE POSITION
We are working with a wonderful midsize law firm in San Jose that is hiring a litigator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation matters. The litigation group also handles trusts & estates litigation work, so if that is of any interest, this could be a great way to gain exposure to this area. They have a kind and supportive culture and their attorneys maintain a healthy work/life balance. This is a great opportunity to work at the firm's headquarters, with over 50 attorneys who come into the office everyday. Their billable hour target is 1800 hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials from top law school
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
