We are currently seeking a Permanent Senior Manager for Analytics and Compensation. This role will require you to combine your analytical prowess with your human resources expertise to drive our compensation strategy. As a part of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our firm attracts, retains, and motivates top talent in the industry. With your unique skill set, you will provide insights and recommendations to our executive team, helping us to make data-driven decisions about our compensation packages. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage the firm's compensation strategy to ensure competitive pay practices.
2. Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to understand current trends in compensation within the legal industry.
3. Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to ensure compensation packages align with the firm's strategic objectives and talent acquisition goals.
4. Use analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and to provide insights on compensation.
5. Lead the annual compensation review process, including the design of bonus and incentive programs.
6. Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation-related decisions.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to compensation.
8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees about compensation.
9. Maintain and update job descriptions and salary scales.
10. Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information.
11. Collaborate with the HR team to integrate compensation with other elements of human resources, such as benefits and career development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or a related field, preferably within the legal industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
4. Proficient in the use of HRIS and compensation management systems.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong knowledge of compensation practices and principles, including legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation strategies.
8. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
10. High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
11. Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
