Key Responsibilities:
- Deploying new systems as well as maintaining existing ones
- Managing user accounts and permissions on various platforms
- Troubleshooting system issues
- Collaborating with other teams within IT department
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale Linux/Unix server environments.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Linux Kernel internals
Embrace a developer mindset to contribute to the creation of tools for continuous improvement
Proficient coding skills in Python and a keen interest in automation
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly with a focus on Ansible
This role will work in the firm's Chicago office, in person.
