What a Line Worker will do: - Pack various products in a timely and safe manner, maintaining the highest quality standard
- Communicate with the operator, foreman, and manager on any quality or safety concerns
- Assist the operator in controlling code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and any item unique to product specifications
- Assist operator in controlling product quality, contamination, weight control, and line efficiency
- Complete general cleaning of production areas
What you need to be a Line Worker: - Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to climb up to 30 feet with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to continuously walk, push, pull, stand, and reach above shoulder level with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be self-motivated
- Basic math skills
