As a line cook, you will be in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies and ingredients.
Making sure everything has been set up before starting your shift, including but not limited to kitchen equipment used to prepare dishes.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of One (1) year of experience for line cook in a restaurant or similar environment, preferred adequate knowledge of food safety and sanitation, flexible schedule, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
- Knowledge/familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
- Maintain quality and proper presentation of food (with adherence to Morimoto Brand Standard).
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
