Job Title: Line Cook

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic restaurant setting and contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to cook menu items accurately and efficiently.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Culinary certification or training from a recognized culinary institution is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
