Objective:
The Property Manager will provide exemplary leadership to the portfolio. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and objectives. The Property Manager provides training and development of all personnel assigned, either directly or through others, and conducts performance reviews and meetings.

Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LIHTC Property Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our LIHTC properties, ensuring that all financial and operational objectives are met. This role requires a deep understanding of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, superior financial acumen, and a strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be adept at using property management software such as Yardi, and have a proven track record in property management. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial reports, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
3. Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables, and manage delinquencies effectively.
4. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.
5. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
6. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair and maintenance issues promptly.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
8. Liaise with external stakeholders such as property owners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
9. Utilize property management software such as Yardi effectively to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on LIHTC properties.
2. Strong knowledge of the LIHTC program and related regulations.
3. Proven financial acumen, with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
4. Experience using property management software, preferably Yardi.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
