- Provide exceptional dental care
- Doctor of D ental S urgery (DDS) or Doctor of D ental M edicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain )
- Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
- Minimum of 1 year practice experience or completion of an GPR/AEGD program.
