What you will do:
Handle incoming sales calls efficiently.
Establish and nurture genuine, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Address client inquiries promptly.
Personalize the experience for new customers by understanding their insurance needs, risk profile, goals, existing coverage, and financial situation.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and keep all contracting paperwork up to date.

What we are looking for:
2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing
Must be Licensed in Florida (FL) & Texas (TX) being mandatory.
Active E&O Insurance
Ability to sell in multiple states
Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of ownership, accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
Must be tech savvy
