Job Description:


1. Patient Care:

- Provide direct nursing care and assistance to residents in accordance with their care plans and established protocols.

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

- Report and document any incidents, changes in condition, or concerns related to residents' health and well-being.


3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, physicians, therapists, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), to provide comprehensive care.

- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families to ensure that residents' needs are met.


4. Infection Control:

- Follow strict infection control practices and maintain a clean and sanitary environment to prevent the spread of infections.
