Salary: $35/hr - weekday shifts $37/hr - weekend shifts Weekly Pay with pay benefits Shifts Available: - Weekend Doubles with option of one 8 hr shift during the week
- 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Mon - Fri
3-Month Minimum Contract Assignment with option to extend Duties of Licensed Vocational Nurse-LVN- Performs routine LVN work.
- Prepares and administers medication.
- Transcribes physician's orders.
- Performs focused care & treatment of clients.
- Documentation: patient behaviors, medication administration, condition changes and other changes
- Maintains accountability of medication.
- Provides education to client and/or family.
Job Requirements for all applicants: Must be licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and able to practice in Texas.
Experience in responding to medical/psychiatric crises.
Direct patient care experience, preferred.
Experience in providing care for emotionally disturbed individuals
Other:- Must have a valid photo ID
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification (BLS).
- Must have negative PPD results within last 12 months.
- Flu Vaccination record if taken.
- Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check
- Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
