View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications SUMMARY OF DUTIES: SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Incumbent will provide clerical and communicative support in a wide variety of programs, such as office assistance, parent/teacher conferences, community events, etc This is a temporary position with no benefits and is scheduled as needed. Incumbents will perform a wide variety of clerical duties, usually involving the use of a computer and other modern office equipment; check; greet visitors; answer telephones; file data numerically or alphabetically. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A typical qualifying background would include any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one (1) year general clerical experience. CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse License, First Aid and CPR certification. Catheterization and blood borne pathogen training may be required and provided by the District. Failure to attach the required documents by the deadline date will result in an incomplete application. WORKING CONDITIONS: School health environment; subject to exposure to communicable or infectious disease, emergency medical situations; heavy lifting and moving physical disabled students.
