Fowlerville Veterinary Clinic is a 7 doctor practice that sees dogs and cats. We offer a large array of services including: tissue and orthopedic surgeries, ultrasound, digital x-ray (we have a new unit), we have some Fear Free trained team members and utilize Fear Free whenever possible. We also facilitate PRP's in our orthopedic patients as well as offer Stem Cell therapy.

Our leadership team practices hands on, open communication style management. Leadership is focusing on emotional intelligence and psychological safety. Leadership puts the needs of the employees first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.

Communication is key to the success of a hospital. We have incorporated Monday huddles and staff meetings every month. This keeps everyone on the same page and working together towards our goals. We also incorporate lunch and learns as well as quarterly wet labs led by our LVT's. The next one coming up is CPR training.

One of our current goals is to become AAHA accredited. Only 18% of veterinary hospitals across the nation have achieved this level of medical excellence. This is a 12 - 18 month process but we feel we owe it to our patients. We want to make sure that we are able to grow with the needs of the community as well as the way we practice medicine.

Let's talk about our culture. We typically do team bonding outside of work twice a year. We also have tried to keep up with "Food Thursdays". This is where everyone brings a dish to pass. It always smells amazing during Food Thursdays.

We utilize our techs as much as possible and encourage them to use the skills they've learned in tech school- technicians do primarily tech work- phlebotomy, tech appts, iv cath placement, calculating and monitoring anesthesia, and other procedures and therapies. Our doctors trust our LVT's to do their job.

We have a lot of great in-house lab equipment including a bionote and the new Imagyst. The Imagyst is the new artificially intelligent cytology reader. It reads ear cytologies, fecals, urines, and fine needle aspirates for you.

We recently added Scribe Note to our list of efficiency tools. Scribe note is the new artificially intelligent technology that records conversations with clients and turns it into veterinary medical documentation with just one click. It saves our veterinary professionals lots of time on charting.

We have an exciting renovation underway at our clinic. We are hoping to have it completed in 2025. This renovation is adding exam rooms, a surgery room and more. We can't wait to tell you about it.

We are looking for a candidate that up for the challenge of working in a fast paced environment. We want someone with a growth mindset and would like to continue learning.

Come join our team.
