White Oaks Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for strong and compassionate LPNs (3pm-11pm shift) to join our wonderful community. Responsibilities:
• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
• Overseeing of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Assists Residents with ADLs
• Monitors Residents' food and liquid intake and output
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a team player
• Valid NY State LPN license
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary Range $61,000 - $70,000+
