Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Reading, PA.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $31.00 /hr

Available Shifts:

FT /PT 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7 am

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse of this state

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
