NOW HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse
Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse: - Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet resident needs.
- Continuously evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and make necessary adjustments.
- Administer oral medications, subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and intravenous medications accurately.
- Monitor residents for side effects of medications and promptly report any problems or symptoms to the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.
- Provide supervision and guidance to nurse aides to ensure resident care is delivered effectively and according to standards.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid LPN certification in PA
