Northridge Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. As a RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is Recognized throughout the area for our state-of-the-art ventilator and respiratory care, we are proud of our warm and supportive, community-focused facility. Join a team of passionate and dedicated caregivers, with the oppurtunity to learn more about vent and trach with facility training and education and approved state certification covered by the facility.
