Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform nursing functions within the scope of LPN licensure.
  • Demonstrate strong LPN skills.
  • Collaborate closely with all members of the nursing team, adapting seamlessly to changing day-to-day environments and clinical settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments in full compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and protect the rights of residents, families, employees, and facility information in accordance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations.
  • Interact cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and fellow staff members.

Position Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
