Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
LPNs interact with LPN discipline to ensure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care, and implementation of schedules per residents.
Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- High school diploma
- LPN certification in NJ
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
