Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team: - Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treat ment
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Primary Series of the COVID Vaccination is required (or medical exemption)
- A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Rhode Island
