Responsibilities - Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
