Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center - Sign on Bonus through 4/30/24

12,000 sign on bonus for fulltime nurses (32-40 hours a week); sign on bonus is paid out in monthly installments of $500 for two full years after passing 90 days of employment. $6,000 Sign on for parttime nurses

Shifts Available:
  • 7a-3p: 2 Fulltime; per diem and part-time welcome to apply
  • 3p-11p: 2 Fulltime; per diem and part-time welcome to apply
  • 11pm-7am: 1 fulltime or parttime available
Rate Range dependent on years of experience.

Newly licensed LPNs welcome. We offer up to 5 weeks paid training depending on level of experience . Start your career at an amazing facility where most of our employees have spent 15+ years of their career.

Fulltime staff can waive benefits for an additional $5 an hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
  • Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
  • Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
  • Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

  • Must possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts.
