We are looking for a full-time or part-time
DAY shift LPN to join our team. This position will work 12 hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday. Hours would be from 6:30am-7pm.

Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota
- Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
