Sun Harbor Rehabilitation, located in the vibrant community of Port Charlotte, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Sun Harbor Rehabilitation, Port Charlotte
Salary: Up to $31
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, ensuring prompt response to any changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient records
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
