This is a full-time day shift position Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekends or major holiday commitments. Sign-On Bonus Details: $5,000 - 2yr Commitment Less than 1-year exp. (including new grads) $7,500 - 2yr Commitment More than 1-year exp. Purpose: Provides professional nursing care to office patients under supervision of patient care providers. Responsibilities: Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, including oral, subcutaneous (SQ), intramuscular (IM), and intravenous (IV) drips. Patient Assessment: Assess patients' general condition, record vital signs, and document weight. Physician Support: Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. Policy Adherence: Comply with all organizational policies and procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Meet requirements set by appropriate regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health). Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, patient/family responses, and medication details. Phlebotomy: Skillfully draw blood samples from patients. Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality related to medical records and sensitive data. IV Therapy: Perform IV therapy under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Patient Education: Promote wellness by providing patient education materials and effectively communicating physician advice and instructions. Qualifications: Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing. One year of clinical experience preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) OR Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Act 33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
