Mayfield Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring full-time LPNs for Day shift (7a-7p) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Must be available to work every other weekend. Responsibilities:
- Pass medications to residents in your assignment accurately and timely
- Complete all documentation as needed in POC
- Report directly to ADON or DON
- Assist STNAs with call lights
