This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. This nursing schedules include; 40 hours every two weeks Day/Evening shift Every other weekend and holiday rotation Partial Benefits ; (paid time off , retirement monies) Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access. Responsibilities/Job Description Provides professional nursing cares and treatments Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health statu Qualifications Required: MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
