Licensed Practical Nurse

Foxborough Public School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing care to a student with neurological impairments. As an LPN you will be responsible for the care of a medically fragile student, ensuring they receive the necessary medical care and attention during their time at school. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess students' health conditions, including vital signs and neurological status. Assist the student with toileting needs such as transferring, hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness. Provide direct nursing care including g-tube care, suctioning prn, and monitoring for seizures. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for the student. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
