We are looking for an experienced
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . - Starting at $36 per hour. Higher rates based on experience and shift differential.
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (22.5+ hours/week).
- Available Shifts: 3p to 11p and 11p to 7a; Full and Part-Time
- Very stable leadership and low turnover
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications: - Current MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary: - Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- Regular rounding on nursing units.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
