Since 1960, D'Youville Life & Wellness Community has provided Greater Lowell and surrounding communities with Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care earning the respect of its peers and the trust of the community at large.

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) .
  • Starting at $36 per hour. Higher rates based on experience and shift differential.
  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (22.5+ hours/week).
  • Available Shifts: 3p to 11p and 11p to 7a; Full and Part-Time
  • Very stable leadership and low turnover
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
  • Current MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:
  • Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
  • Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
  • Regular rounding on nursing units.
  • Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
  • Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
  • Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
  • Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
