- 2024 - 2025 school year
LOCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: - Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate
- Successful completion of BCI & FBI background checks
- Willing and able to carry out the duties of the Job Description
- Experience with:
- Trachs and tube feeding
- CPR and First Aid
- Diabetic
- Dispensing Medications
- Catheter
- Vision and Hearing Screenings
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Shall be available for and attend scheduled meetings/training sessions.
- Adheres to all Liberty Local Schools policies and procedures.
- Assists with the physical and personal needs of the child, such as positioning, toileting, and individual cleanups that may include food spills, incontinence, vomitus and blood spills.
- Assists with mobility training, which may include assistive walking, operation of a wheelchair, lifting/transfers, loading and unloading.
- Be able to complete any additional duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor/Designee.
