Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.
Full and Part-Time, Days, Evenings and Nights Starting at $30 per hour plus additional for experience and shift diffs $1,200 Sign-On Bonus Excellent staff retention Earn up to 30 days of PTO We pay 80% of health insurance premiums The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA.
- BLS Certification required.
- Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
- Must be able to supervise and delegate.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Introduction: Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
- Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
- Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
- Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
- Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
- Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
