Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Job Duties:
- Care for all open wounds, including changing, cleaning, and dressing.
- Complete required admission paperwork and document residents' care.
- Provide support and advice to residents and their families.
- Monitor and administer medication or treatment for residents' wounds.
- Adhere to infection-control policies and facility standards, protocols of care, and HIPAA regulations.
