One of our top clients is seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. Here, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality care: Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
  • Build meaningful relationships: Get to know your residents, understand their individual needs, and provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive environment: Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date: Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain your skills and knowledge in geriatric care.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
