Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Orthopedics
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm/5:00pm
Pay: $23.00/hr, plus a lucrative benefits package.

The Licensed Practical Nurse duties to include but not limited to:
-Responsible for interviewing patients such as why they are her and their pain levels
-Prepare patients for examination for the provider
-Assist with office procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
-LPN License
-Previous experience preferred
- Willing to drive to the other orthopedic centers
