Now Hiring: (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse: Daily documentation
Transcribe physicians' orders to MAR's.
Notify pharmacy of new orders.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse: LPN License in PA

- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
