Location: 6400 Cedars Ct, Cedar Hill, MO

Hours/Shifts:

  • Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for all shifts

Day in the Life / Expectations

  • Provide patient care to residents
  • Comply with state and federal regulation
  • Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Valid state license(s)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
  • Agility and flexibility with changing prioritie
  • Team-oriented and a practical team-player
  • Professional demeanor
  • At least one year experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
