Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents uner the supervision of a registered nurse.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the registered nurse
- Assisting with resident assessments and developing care plans
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions
- Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Valid PA certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
