Position Overview:
We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Plumbers to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients on-site with plumbing issues.

• Working at a client's site, often at height or in cramped conditions.

• Preparing cost estimates.

• Quickly figure out and fix maintenance problems.

• Testing pipes for leaks.

• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.

• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.

• Perform routine maintenance activities to guarantee the optimal functionality and performance of equipment.

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

• Installing hot and cold water, sanitation and drainage.

• Setting up rainwater harvesters and lead soakers.

• Installing central heating systems and domestic fuel-burning appliances using gas, oil or solid fuel.

• Designing water and heating systems.

• Cutting and joining pipes and fittings.

• Create records of materials used

• Responding to emergency call-outs such as floods or boiler breakdowns.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license.

• Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.

• Good listening and communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and patience.

• Physical dexterity.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
