Who We Serve Pacific Clinics' Neurodevelopmental Services program serves neurodivergent (e.g., autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities, ADHD, trauma, etc.) children, transitional age youth, adults, and families throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties. We offer crisis stabilization services, educationally related mental health services, play therapy, neurofeedback, Safe and Sound Protocol, EMDR and other developmentally appropriate services. What We Offer Pay Range: San Bernardino / LA / Capitol regions: $66,560- $79,300 year with a BBS registration. Licensed LMFT & LCSW are also eligible for an 8% license differential in addition to the base pay. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location. The Position: Pacific Clinics' Center for Divergent Connections is a private pay neurodevelopmental center in Upland, CA that offers trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming play therapy, parent training, EMDR, neurofeedback, and safe and sound protocol. Our goal is to impact to neurodivergent and disabled communities by providing treatment, training, and research that celebrates and honors their unique contributions. We are hiring full-time, benefited positions for a licensed therapist. Supervision for RPT and EMDR certification is included. We are looking for a full time Clinician in Upland, CA. Requirements: Master's Degree (MA/ MS) in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling or a closely related field required. One (1) year of supervised clinical experience with children required. Registered with the BBS. Preferred Experience: Providing play therapy Providing EMDR Providing neurodiverse affirming practices Working in private practice settings Working with people with physical and developmental disabilities Preferred Licensure: Licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) Responsibilities: With limited supervision, provides comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, and coordination of therapeutic activities in the community.
