A.G. Rhodes is one of Atlanta's oldest nonprofit organizations and is celebrating our 120 year anniversary this year. We are hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our organization's flagship community, located in the heart of Atlanta near the Grant Park Historic District. We accommodate over 130 elders, and employ over 200 care partners and contracted staff. A.G. Rhodes Atlanta offers several advanced services including an on-site dialysis clinic.

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of our Atlanta community will work together with an exceptional team of department heads to promote our mission and uphold our legacy of compassionate care. The successful candidate will have the passion to work for a mission-driven community with the ability to lead and think strategically. Must have proven leadership skills with the ability to provide and promote the highest standard of care for our elders and foster a positive and supportive workplace culture for our care partners.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications include:

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License
  • Team oriented, collaborative and able to build strong working relationships
