We seek licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Marion, AR.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed in the state of Arkansas
LPC, LCSW
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Willing to work in a school-based environment
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
