We seek licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Paragould, AR.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Must be fully licensed in the state of Arkansas
Must be willing to work with children and adolescents in a school-based environment
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on review of client information
Modifies treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in client status
Refers patients, clients, or family members to community resources or specialists, as necessary; Provides case consultation and in-service training, as needed
Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
Delegates and oversees work assignments of MHPPs, as assigned. Provides direct supervision of MHPPs at least weekly or more often as needed; also observes and evaluates the performance of MHPPs at least monthly, as assigned
Must conduct face-to-face contact with each assigned MHPP for clinical supervision at least every 14 days and 12 contacts every 90 days
Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
