We are actively seeking a compassionate child focused mental health therapist for our practice who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, completing notes and documentation in a timely manner, and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of clinical experience working with children. The candidate must possess a current NJ license to practice as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD/PhD). Please note: This is an in-person position Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
• Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
• Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient Complete documentation in a timely manner. Qualifications:
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Conscientious and detail oriented with completing documentation within the required time frame
• A miimum of 2-5 years of experience professionally working with children in a clinical setting
• CBT training and experience
