Licensed Mental Health Clinicians

Cyti Psychological is looking for in-person California Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD), with focus on Infants or Children therapy. You can work as little as 5 sessions a week or up to as many as 50 sessions a week. Clinicians that focus on children therapy are preferred.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provision of in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Clinicians can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent.
The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform
Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements
This is primarily an onsite position but can also be a hybrid position.

Pay:

Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour to $100.00 per hour. This is determined by candidate's degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations.

$200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days)

Education and Experience:

Licensed Mental Health Clinician in California
LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree
Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples
Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available)
Enrollment in CAQH
