Auburn Heating is your local, licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC contractor. We are a proud member of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking for an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to jumpstart and lead our Plumbing Division. Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience ranging from drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc. Experience in training and leading a plumbing team highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with strong work ethic. High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Responsibilities: Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations as it pertains to installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations and perform required repairs Submit proper documentation of the work performed Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck, Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. Please submit a copy of your resume for consideration.
