Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
• Conducting site visits during construction to monitor progress, gather feedback, and authorize necessary changes to align with design intent.
• Reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders to ensure consistency with specifications.
• Leading project team meetings to discuss technical issues, solve problems, and improve coordination across disciplines.
• Mentoring and motivating the team to meet project milestones, while identifying resource needs and opportunities for professional development.
• Serving as an advisor to leadership on best practices, resourcing, and team growth.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
• Active registration as a Licensed Architect
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an architectural firm, including 3 years in a project leadership role
• Experience in the education sector preferred
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe products, MS Office, and MS Teams
