Licensed Clinical Therapist Child/Adolescent - LPC, LCSW, LMFT We don't just have a mission statement we have a mission. We seek licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with child/adolescent experience for full or part-time positions in our Springfield, PA location. Clinicians have the option of onsite hybrid scheduling. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc. Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Experience with children or adolescents Minimum of two years of clinical experience Independent mental health license in Pennsylvania Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Solid computer and basic technology skills Demonstrated history of professional growth and development Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients Beneficial Skills and Experience: Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations Experience with couples or family counseling Experience with health psychology Advantages: Above market, W-2 compensation Health/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurances Malpractice insurance provided Additional advantages include student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUs About Springfield Behavioral Springfield Behavioral is a premier mental health private practice with locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
