We seek licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Corvallis, OR location. Clinicians have flexible scheduling with a hybrid option. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc. Requirements: FULLY LICENSED IN OREGON Minimum of two years clinical Independent mental health license. Doctoral or Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Solid computer and basic technology skills Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients Beneficial Skills & Experience: Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations Experience with children or adolescents Experience with couples or family counseling Experience with health psychology Advantages: Strong rates to maximize your income: W-2 compensation Health/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurance Malpractice insurance provided Paid time off Additional advantages include student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUs About Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling Since 2010, Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling (ETOC) has provided individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and adults throughout Oregon. Finally, our leadership team is led by an experienced Executive Director with over 15 years of counseling experience in addition to being an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She has supervised therapists and supervisors in training at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.
