Job Description Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is hiring Licensed Behavioral Practitioners for multiple new positions at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, Oklahoma. The Robert M. Greer Center is a specialized intermediate care facility which provides short-term residential treatment to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs. The Greer Center endeavors to help each person build lifelong skills which will enable them to sustain good health, well-being, and independence in the community. As a LBP with Liberty Healthcare at the Greer Center, your responsibilities will include: Providing behavior modification intervention services to a caseload of adult clients Conducting assessments Designing, implementing, and monitoring the efficacy of behavioral plans Staff training Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings Responding to individual client needs Serving as a member of the program's management team As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect: Starting salary between $80,000 and $110,000 (depending on qualifications) $10,000 sign-on bonus 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance Health Savings Account, 401k plan, and other perks Full details on Liberty's benefits plan are available at Skills & Requirements You are a good fit for this position if you are Licensed professionally in Oklahoma as a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) and have experience supporting people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
