We seek full-time, licensed therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs) at our Pasadena, California, location.

Experience with children/adolescents is highly valued.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Must be a fully licensed therapist in the state of California LCSW, LMFT
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with children or adolescents (Highly Preferred)
Experience with health psychology
Bilingual (Preferred)
