We have a brand-new opportunity for a Level 2 Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Bloomfield, CT and provide end user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required

Stage, build and image systems with standard client image
-
Complete special projects as requested
-
Provide technical training to more junior employees
-
Troubleshoot End User hardware and software incidents

Follow Asset Management policy and procedures. Complete monthly cycle counts
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2+ years of Deskside Support service experience
-
A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired

Strong communication skills
-
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
-
Strong customer support skills
-
Strong working knowledge and understanding of MS Office and basic business applications
-
Good knowledge of Mac device support may be required
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
